How our services work.

Using our retro-fitting service:
(A simple and efficient process...)
- You call us to set up an appointment
- A motorization professional will assess the shades and jointly decide on what motorized application will best suit your needs
- Once an application has been decided on, a deposit is required. We will get the parts ordered and once the shades are retrofitted we will call you to schedule the reinstallation of your treatments

Purchasing new window treatments:
(A designer or service technician will assist you with all of your window treatment needs)
- You call us to set up an appointment
- You and your MWT associate will develop an understanding of your needs and wants through a series of brief questions
- Once you and your sales rep have gone through the questions they will recommend a couple of blinds and/or shade options that they feel will best fit your needs and desires
- After the treatments are chosen and the colors picked out, an order will be written up
- Once everything is finalized the product will be ordered and once the entire order has been received an MWT associate will contact you to schedule the installation of your treatments
